Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my psychology practice. I hope that you will find this site helpful, whether you are considering therapy or a psychological evaluation for yourself or a family member.
Many of us struggle and feel overwhelmed at some point in our lives. At these times we may lose sight of our strengths, and need guidance and support to rediscover our resilience. In therapy, we explore the obstacles that you have encountered, and empower you to identify and work towards your goals. I work to create a safe, supportive environment that allows you to find a balance between self-acceptance and lasting change.
I consider psychological assessment to be a useful tool in many instances. When academic difficulties, emotional concerns, and behavioral problems are complex or resistant to change, I can provide a diagnostic evaluation for clarification and treatment/intervention recommendations.
